Rob Fraser Senior Marine Corp Drill Instructor and Entrepreneur
Rob Fraser was born on February 1, 1981, and at the age of 18, joined the Marines. He attended boot camp in Paris Island, South Carolina and arrived on the yellow footprints on July 12, 1999. Later, he participated in two deployments during Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Afterward, he attended Drill Instructor School in 2004 and served as a Drill Instructor and Senior Drill Instructor for Golf and Fox Companies at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego. After leaving the MCRD in 2008, he was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California, where he served until he separated from active duty in August of 2011.
On the personal side, Robert met his first wife at age 21 and had his first child (Reagan) in 2002 and his second child (Addison) in 2004. Near the end of his tour on the MCRD, he went through a tumultuous divorce with his wife. The divorce would serve as the catalyst that led Robert to find an alternative way to earn a living.
The transition from Marine to entrepreneur would also prove to be tumultuous. In late 2010, Robert started looking for ways to “make money online” and to “work from home.” He worked at a few jobs while working online. It wasn’t until April 30, 2015 and $102,284.74 of bad debt (past due child support, back taxes, etc) that he finally cracked the code and figured out how to turn his situation around. On January 8, 2016, he successfully paid off his debt and now maintains a high six figure annual income. Now it is his mission and intention to help as many veterans in similar situations do the same!
